The Customer Service – Invoicing position
is responsible for providing high level admin & customer service support to
all Netti customers and consumers.
This is a busy and multifaceted role which
requires a quick thinker, someone who can work under pressure and to deadlines,
able to multi task and be someone who enjoys helping out customers.
Ideally we are seeking someone who has
experience in delivering fantastic customer service or experience managing a
busy reception area. We do require someone that has a current NSW driver’s
license.

background with proven history of accuracy and an interest in customer service.
Duties

Creating invoices from pick lists for our customer
base of 700

Managing and processing our EDI
based orders

Issuing credits

Providing high end admin
support for our larger customers

Enter customer sales orders
from faxes

Answer phone enquiries &
enter sales orders over the phone

Check stock levels &
confirm pricing

Help with and process accounting
queries

Run backorder lists

Run reports for external sales

Purchasing, Inventory and Logistics Co-ordinator
Netti Atom is one of Australia’s leading importers and manufactures in the cycling and outdoor markets. We have an opening for the above position. You will be responsible for all areas of stock and inventory control and will therefore be able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge of this area of operations. Your key responsibilities are to ensure that stock levels are at an appropriate level to support sales, stock is valued accurately and stock movements are recorded in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity to deal with overseas suppliers.
There is also a strong focus on customer service, where you will be expected to help the customer service team with customer orders, enquiries and processing.
Purchasing and Inventory
- Liaising with sales staff to prepare purchasing forecasts
- Liaison with suppliers and customers
- Stock Replenishment & Movement practices
- Co-ordinating purchase orders and special requirements
- Monitor Inventory to ensure sufficient levels in stock
- New product inventory management
- Liaison with management regarding inventory levels
- Inventory accuracy and systems development, including Stock control
- Run back order lists for customer orders
Logistics
- Co-ordinate international supplier orders and shipments
- Organise international shipments of stock to arrive in Australia
- Import shipping & documentation
- Stock reconciliations
- Warehouse liaison
- Transport administration
- Ensure all supplier invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock counts and movements are recorded
- Maintain delivery schedules by investigating and resolving any delivery issues and stock abnormalities
General
- Systems orientated with the ability to streamline processes and effectively manage stock levels
- Analyse results and make necessary recommendations to enhance overall operations
- Answer customer phone calls
- Process orders, via phone, fax and email
