• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• There is to be only one contact person for Netti to work with for any order.
• Garment costs exclude delivery.
• We must receive the non-refundable 50% deposit before any design/set up work is started.
Up to 3 changes on original designs & 1 change to template designs, are permissible to the artwork
before additional charges will be incurred.
• Before we can proceed with your order, we must have: (1) artwork signed-off (2) your
official order with quantities and exact sizes breakdown (3) 50% deposit (cheque or credit
card authorisation)
• Additional charges may apply to sizes outside the standard size range XS to 2XL.
• Additional charges will apply if you require gradients on a template design.
• Artwork and copyright remain the property of Netti Atom Pty Ltd.
• Any logos to be incorporated in designs must be supplied to us with written permission from the
registered owner for their use by you and/or Netti Atom Pty Ltd before we can use them.
• Please note, on Tops Netti will have there Netti Logo on the inside and outside back collar and on the
right front collar. On all pants the Netti Logo will be at the hem area of both legs. All clothing will be
made with at least these Netti logos.
• Before we can make delivery of your order, we must receive the balance due paid in full. (Cleared
cheque or authorised credit card transaction or T/T funds direct)
• Claims must be made within 1 month of invoice date that goods are received on.
